PolkaBEATS 2011 / 2013
Dieses Orchester, unter der Leitung von Hagen Stelter, mit über sechzig Bergmänner und (Berg)Frauen, hatte bereits zum ersten PolkaBeats Festival aufgespielt und sich als echte Polka-Kumpel erwiesen. In der Bergmannssprache ist der Kumpel ein Bergmann, umgangssprachlich ist er ein Freund. Beides stimmt hier. Mit Kompetenz und Energie(!) spielt dieses Orchester klassische Blasmusik, traditionelle Volkstänze wie auch Big-Band-Rhythmen. Das ist PolkaTradition lebendig und frisch. Der Blick nach vorn trübt nicht den Blick zurück. Schon darum hat die Annemarie Polka ihren Stammplatz im Polkareigen des Orchesters. Gut so. Polka Glück Auf!

This orchestra headed by Hagen Stelter, with more than sixty miners – both male an female – performed at the first PolkaBeats Festival and proved itself as a group of genuine polka buddies. In the miner’s slang the butty is a miner, in the colloquial a buddy is a friend. Both apply here. Competent and energetic(!), this orchestra plays classic brass music, traditional folk dances and big band rhythms. Polka tradition, alive and fresh. Looking ahead does not cloud the vision in looking back. Which is why the Annemarie polka has a permanent place in the orchestra’s polka round dance. And that’s a good thing. Go polka!

Orkiestra ta, pod kierownictwem Hagena Steltera, składająca sie z ponad sześćdziesięciu górników i górniczek, zagrała już na pierwszym festiwalu PolkaBeats i pokazała, że jest prawdziwym kumplem polki. W górniczym żargonie kumpel to górnik, w mowie potocznej przyjaciel. Obydwa znaczenia pasują. Z kompetencjami i energią(!) orkiestra ta wykonuje klasyczną muzykę dętą, tradycyjne tańce ludowe oraz rytmy bigbandowe. To jest żywa i świeża tradycja polki. Spojrzenie w przód nie przyćmiewa spojrzenia do tyłu. Chociażby dlatego polka Annemarie jest stałym punktem w repertuarze polek orkiestry. I dobrze. Polka uszczęśliwia!
